We would like to inform all our alumni that we will be deleting BISU email accounts of our BISU Balilihan Alumni to give way to the creation of new accounts for our freshmen AY 2023-2024. This is due to the new policy of Google on storage and license limits of education(edu) accounts that started last July, 2022. We will be giving you time until August 11, 2023 to download your personal files from your BISU email.

Pros of Deleting accounts
- Reduces the risk of data leaks. When you have unused accounts on your G Suite, they’re a potential target for hackers. If a hacker gains access to an inactive account, they could steal your organization’s data.
- Improves security. By deleting inactive accounts, you’re reducing the number of potential entry points for hackers. This makes your organization’s G Suite more secure.
- Frees up resources. Every G Suite account takes up space on your organization’s server. By deleting inactive accounts, you’re freeing up space for active users.
