Vision
A premier S & T University for the formation of world-class and virtuous human resource for sustainable development in Bohol and the Country.
Mission
BISU is committed to provide quality higher education in the arts and sciences, as well as in the professional and technological fields; undertake research and development and extension services for the sustainable development of Bohol and the country.
Goals
- To acquire the necessary foundations for the student’s development into a productive, thinking, self-sufficient, morally upright, and God-Fearing worker.
- To provide technical/technological knowledge and information which enable the individual to analyze job problems, determine appropriate solutions, and perform problem solving tasks.
- To develop tradesmen with broad technical skills in a particular field of technology.
- To develop the high-level technological professions that will provide training in leadership, foremanship, superintendency, and management skills in the industrial world.
To inculcate desirable values and work ethics as a crucial factor in national development.
