ACADEMICS
- Due to the rising COVID-19 cases in the province of Bohol, the conduct of entrance examination for A.Y. 2021-2022 is hereby SUSPENDED. In lieu of the entrance examination, applicants will be ranked based on their Junior High School (JHS) Grade 10 Grades / 4th Year High School Grades.
- These interim policy is in accordance with the pertinent provisions of Republic Act No. 10931, the Bayanihan to Heal as One Act (RA 11469), and Revised Implementing Guidelines for CHED Tulong Dunong Program (joint Memorandum Circular Number 4 series of 2019), CHED guidelines on flexible delivery of student services.
- Applicants for admission to programs of the University shall not be required to take the Bohol Island State University College Admission Test () provided that they must satisfy all other requirements in accordance with University academic rules and standards and those mentioned in this interim policy.

General Requirements
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- 1 pc. 2x2, recent colored formal picture, with nametag and plain background
- JHS Grade 10 Grades and 1st Semester SHS Grade 12 Grades (for applicants from the new curriculum)
- 4th Year High School Grade (for applicants from the old curriculum)
- Informative Copy of TOR or Report of Grades from the last semester attended (for transferees)
